Dave MacCulloch is a Senior Fiduciary Specialist with Washington Trust Bank’s Wealth Management & Advisory Services. Dave earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business from Westmont College and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.  Throughout his career as an attorney and in the financial services industry, Dave has supported affluent individuals, families, nonprofits and their professional advisors as a trusted resource and subject matter expert in the areas of wealth transfer, tax planning, risk management and business succession planning. 

Matthew Clarke is a Client Portfolio Manager with Washington Trust Bank’s Wealth Management & Advisory Services, where he works with a team of portfolio experts who analyze and coordinate strategies on behalf of our clients who require both a high level of customization.  Matthew has over 10 years of financial industry experience and is an affiliate member of the CFA Institute.
