Ed co-founded Chinook Capital Advisors in 2017 with John O'Dore. The firm is a sell-side M&A advisory company serving business owners across the Northwest.

A Spokane native, Ed earned a B.S. in engineering from Gonzaga University and served four years in Germany as a commissioned combat engineer in the U.S. Army. He also holds an MBA and is a certified Valuation Analyst through National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

Ed began his career with ConocoPhillips in oil and gas before moving into business development, where he worked on dozens of acquisitions and divestitures. With over 30 years of M&A and operating experience, he has advised privately held businesses across a wide range of industries since returning to the Northwest in 2004.
